Notice is given that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Hotel Property Investments Limited (HPI), and a meeting of Unitholders of Hotel Property Investments Trust (HPI), will be held Wednesday, 16 November 2022 at 10:30am (Melbourne time).

The meeting will be held in-person and participants are able to attend the meeting at the designated venue as mentioned in the Notice of Meeting. Securityholders are requested to participate in the AGM in-person or via the appointment of a proxy.
